3. Wedge Space Saver Wrapped Belts

Tusker Space saver Wedge belts are produced under standard DIN7753 and ISO4184, are based on metric units and have different cross section designations. These belts are extraordinarily compact, economical and enable of handling more than double as much power in a given space as classical v-belts. These narrow wedge belts can achieve high speed & load between shorter center-to-center distances. The design of the wedge belts are composed with semi stiff polyester cord bonded with a special bonding agent to set max free code and a base compound fiber loaded for crack initiation resistant with hysteresis properties in order to maintain power rating under dynamic conditions. The benefits of wedge belts are initial low cost, highly resistant to heat and oil resistance with antistatic properties because of the poly chloroprene rubber compound. Also it saves the cost of the pulleys and the number of belts required to operate when compared to the classical belts, which are doubled.
