We
are completely checking the incoming

Raw materials as per the ISO Specifications
Limits by testing : the specific gravity,
melting point, solubility, loss on heating,
loss on ignition, viscosity, ash content
through acetone extract, pH value etc.,
strictly and the approved raw material only
will be allowed for production. We are having
well established quality control department
through which
{2} The processing materials at green stage
or otherwise it is said to be “Process-
in- control ’ tested to our specification
limits like hardness, specific gravity,
plasticity, elongation at break, modulus,
aging, adhesion test with fabric, reinforcement
polyester cord etc and after will be used
for the required specified belt categories.
{3} finally, the cured finished belts of
each section and size are tested by means
of dimensions, accelerated dynamic test,
stretch test, abrasion test, standard oil
testing, breaking strength, adhesion test
etc.
It is sure that we are marketing every belts
to the dealers or consumers, only after
thorough checking. We are having full fledged
