7. Multi-rib Industrial Micro Poly v-belts 

Tusker multi-rib poly v-belt is an ultra thin, ultra flexible, smooth, vibration free, excellent reverse bend character, match with high power transmission efficiency even in small pulleys with ribs in the bottom of the belt which suits with pulley grooves of similar shape. Poly v-belts are an additional advantage to minimum slip and almost belt turnover in the pulleys is totally eliminated. This development of ribbed belts represent a new venture to power transmission and the main features includes the simplicity, flexibility, small sectional thickness and saving energy. This helps in the use of smaller low cost pulleys, speed ratios up to 40:1, smoother, vibration free, low static, tension, noise- free, high flexibility, high power rating, eliminates the slippage. Use of single belt eliminates the necessity to use multiple for matched set of belts, higher speed, shorter center to center distance, less wear and long life, reduced down time etc.
